Please don't worry about confidentiality - throughout my working life with HIDB/HIE I have abided by the Official Secrets Act and if you require me to sign something similar then thats not a problem.

All work - if faxed - is shredded using a cross-cut shredder for added security so you can be assured of client confidentiality.
